Summary
An extracranial vertebral artery aneurysm in a patient with neurofibromatosis is described. The aneurysm was treated by endovascular balloon occlusion of the proximal vetebral artery. The details of the therapeutic management are discussed, and the vascular manifestations of neurofibromatosis are reviewed.
