Zusammenfassung
Es wird über elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen am Parietalcortex von Kaninchen berichtet. Dabei werden besonders die verengten Kapillaren und ihre perivasculäre Organisation im normalen Hirngewebe und 1/2–2 min nach einem Mikrotrauma untersucht.
Die Kapillaren zeigen unter beiden Bedingungen 3 verschiedene Verengungsformen, die je nach den hauptsächlich veränderten Zellen als A-(Astrocyten), AP- (Astrocyten-Pericyten) und ABP- (Astrocyten-Basalmembran-Pericyten) Typ bezeichnet werden. Die Veränderungen bestehen bei den Astrocyten in einer Schwellung, bei den Pericyten in einem Zustand, der als Kontraktion gedeutet wird (Wolff 1963) und bei der Basalmembran in der Bildung von Duplikaturen.
Im Abschnitt „Methodische Kritik“ wird diskutiert, inwieweit die elektronenmikroskopischen Befunde an Hirnkapillaren Schlüsse auf die intravitalen Verhältnisse zulassen. Im 2. Abschnitt sind die hier gefundenen mit den in der Literatur beschriebenen Verengungsformen der Hirnkapillaren zusammengestellt. Im 3. Abschnitt werden einige theoretische Voraussetzungen für eine intravitale Verengung von Hirnkapillaren aufgezeigt.
