Zusammenfassung

Unser Untersuchungsgut umfaßt 146 männliche Wistarratten. Hiervon wurden 86 Tiere zwischen dem 1. und 91. Lebenstag zum Studium der Entwicklung und der Chemodifferenzierung der Samenblase und der Koagulationsdrüse verwendet. 43 Tiere verschiedenen Lebensalters dienten der experimentellen Untersuchung.

Am 1. Tag p.p. wird die Samenblase der Ratte von einem spiralig gewundenen Gang durchzogen, der von einem ein- bis mehrschichtigen Epithel ausgekleidet wird. In der Folgezeit entspiralisiert sich der Samenblasengang und am 8. Tag bilden sich Seitengänge aus. In der Koagulationsdrüse entstehen massive Seitenstränge. Am 10. Tag sind spiralige oder zirkuläre Züge in der Samenblasenmuskulatur zu erkennen. In der Anlage der Koagulationsdrüse tritt ein Lumen erst in der 3. Lebenswoche auf. In beiden Drüsen schreitet die Entwicklung von proximal nach distal fort.

In funktioneller Hinsicht spielen sich in beiden Drüsen die entscheidenden Entwicklungsvorgänge zwischen dem 15. und 20. Lebenstag ab. Die Epithelzellen werden höher, und eine supranukleäre Golgizone wird deutlich. Es treten erstmalig supranukleär oder apikal Sekretgranula auf. Offenbar beginnt die Sekretion bei beiden Drüsen etwa am 18. Lebenstag.

Samenblase und Koagulationsdrüse sind am 20. Tag morphologisch und zytologisch nahezu typisch ausgebildet. Später werden sie lediglich größer. Mitosen werden dann nur noch selten beobachtet. In der Samenblase wandeln sich die Seitengänge in Seitenkammern um. Basal im Epithel kommen auffallende Zellen mit grobgranulärem Inhalt vor. — In der Koagulationsdrüse treten zwei verschieden anfärbbare Sekretbestandteile auf. Sie unterscheiden sich im Carboanhydratasegehalt.

Die DPN-Diaphorase läßt sich in der Samenblase ab 6. Lebenstag nachweisen und erreicht ihr Aktivitätsmaximum zur Zeit des Sekretionsbeginns. — Die Carboanhydratase ist histochemisch erst vom Ende der 2. Lebenswoche an nachweisbar. Ihr Aktivitätsmaximum ist mit Sekretionsbeginn erreicht. — Lipoide treten parallel zum Sekretionsbeginn zuerst am 18. Lebenstag auf, während Proteine und basophile Substanzen bereits am Ende der 1. Lebenswoche darstellbar sind. — Mit zunehmender Sekretion werden die Nachweise für Lipoide und Proteine im Samenblasenepithel kräftiger, die für die DPN-Diaphorase und Carboanhydratase schwächer. Das Maximum der Basophilie verlagert sich im Samenblasenepithel zwischen dem 40. und 50. Tag von apikal nach basal.

In der Koagulationsdrüse lassen sich die DPN-Diaphorase und Carboanhydratase erstmals am 18. Tag histochemisch darstellen. Proteine und basophile Substanzen werden in der 3. Lebenswoche nachweisbar. Die Sekretgranula im Koagulationsdrüsenepithel enthalten weniger Lipoide als die der Samenblase. Die Aktivitäten der DPN-Diaphorase und der Carboanhydratase ändern sich im Koagulationsdrüsenepithel mit zunehmendem Alter der Tiere nicht.

Durch experimentelle Verabfolgung von Testoviron i.m. in verschiedener Dosierung lassen sich Entwicklung und Chemodifferenzierung der Samenblase beschleunigen. Der Sekretionsbeginn wird vorverlegt und bei älteren Tieren die Sekretbildung verstärkt. Insbesondere tritt eine deutliche Beeinflussung des Lipoidstoffwechsels ein. Das Maximum der Basophilie verlagert sich durch die Testovironwirkung bereits am 22. Tag von apikal nach basal. Die Hormongaben sind bei Tieren vor dem 15. Lebenstag weniger wirksam als später.

Als Frühwirkung des Testovirons ließ sich 7 Std nach einmaliger Injektion bei 21 Tage alten Tieren im morphologisch unveränderten Samenblasenepithel eine Steigerung der Carboanhydrataseaktivität nachweisen.

Entwicklung und Chemodifferenzierung der Koagulationsdrüse werden durch Testovirongaben kaum beeinflußt.
