Zusammenfassung
Nach OsO4-Fixierung lassen sich in den Zellen des Nervus intestinalis von Helix pomatia zwei verschiedene Membrantypen unterscheiden: Es sind 1. die Zellgrenzmembran; Breite: 75 AE; 2. die Membranen des Endoplasmatischen Reticulums, der Mitochondrien und des Zellkernes; Breite: weniger als 60 AE.
Die Zellgrenzmembran bildet Einfaltungen in das Cytoplasma von Nerven- und Gliafasern. Auch membranumgrenzte Bläschen, die wie synaptische Vesiculi aussehen, gehen aus solchen Abfaltungen hervor.
Die verschiedenen, in Nerven- und Gliafasern gefundenen Granatypen werden beschrieben.
