Summary

Two cases of sphenoethmoidal mucocele are reported and the plain reoentgenologic findings are discussed. It is emphasized that multiple curvilinear deformities of the bony walls of the paranasal sinuses affected are the most important roentgenologic sign. Careful interpretation of tomograms is essential in the evaluation of these lesions.
