Zusammenfassung
Die Inkorporation von H-3-Uridin und H-3-Cytidin in Nukleolus, Karyoplasma und Cytoplasma einiger Zellarten der Maus wurde autoradiographisch bis bis herunter zu Versuchszeiten von wenigen Minuten ermittelt.
Es wird gezeigt, daß die Berücksichtigung der Selbstabsorption der weichen β- Strahlung des Tritium im Schnitt von wesentlichem Einfluß auf die Ergebnisse ist. Danach entfällt der größte Teil der H-3-Nukleosid-Inkorpotation—etwa 2/3—auf den Nukleolus und nur ein kleiner Teil — etwa 1/3 — auf das Chromatin des Karyoplasmas.
