Zusammenfassung
Die Aktivität der alkalischen und sauren unspezifischen Phosphatase (Bodansky-Methode) und der Lipase (Glick-Methode) in der Niere von Triturus cristatus carnifex (Laur.) wurde biochemisch untersucht. Es wurden die optimalen Experimentalbedingungen bestimmt für die saure Phosphatase (ph 5,5, Temperatur 49°–50°), für die alkalische Phosphatase (ph 9,8, Temperatur 39°–40°) und für die Lipase (ph 9,9–10, Temperatur 39°–40°). Außerdem wurde das Verhalten der Nieren- und der Pankreaslipase gegenüber einigen Substraten, Aktivatoren und Hemmstoffen analysiert. Die Pankreaslipase dürfte derjenigen der Säugetiere ähnlich sein, während das lipolytische Enzym der Nieren zu den „Lipasen“ gehören könnte.
Femer wurde eine vergleichende bio- und histochemische Prüfung des Einflusses der Kastration und der verlängerten Behandlung mit 4-Methyl-2-Thiouracil auf die Aktivität der alkalischen unspezifischen Nieren-Phosphatase und Lipase derselben Art angestellt. Außerdem haben die Autoren die Wirkung dieser Behandlungen auf die Aktivität der sauren unspezifischen Phosphatase, der Glucose-6-Phosphatase, der Adenosin-Triphosphatase und der Succino-Dehydrogenase histochemisch untersucht. Zur histologischen Kontrolle wurden Schilddrüsenund Gehirn-Präparate angefertigt.
Die Ergebnisse der biochemischen Bestimmungen wurden statistisch geprüft.
Die biochemischen und histochemischen Befunde ergeben, daß:

die Aktivität der alkalischen Phosphatase nach der Behandlung mit Thiouracil abnimmt und infolge der Kastration zunimmt. Der Unterschied zwischen der Aktivität bei normalen und behandelten Tieren (nach Student-t berechnet) ist statistisch signifikant für P=0,01.

die lipolytische Aktivität sowohl nach Behandlung mit Thiouracil als auch nach Kastration abnimmt. Der Unterschied zwischen der Aktivität bei normalen und behandelten Tieren (nach Student-t berechnet) ist statistisch signifikant für P= 0,01.
Sowohl nach der Thiouracil-Behandlung als auch nach der Kastration wurde histochemisch beobachtet, daß sich die saure Phosphatase ähnlich verhält wie die alkalische, während die Aktivität der Glueose-6-Phosphatase abnimmt und die der Adenosin-Triphosphatase und der Succino-Dehydrogenase sich nicht zu verändern scheinen.
Auf Grund der dargestellten Ergebnisse und der Literaturangaben über die Auswirkung der Kastration und der Thiouracil-Behandlung auf die Nierenphosphatase und die Nebennieren glauben die Verfasser annehmen zu dürfen, daß bei Triturus cristatus carnifex (Laur.) die Aktivität der alkalischen Nierenphosphatase, wahrscheinlich auch die der sauren Phosphatase, von der Nebenniere geregelt werden.
Die Verfasser sind geneigt anzunehmen, daß die acidophilen Hypophysenzellen der zweiten Art für die Verarbeitung des ACTH verantwortlich sind.
Das Fehlen von Literaturangaben über die Beziehung der Lipase und der Glucose-6-Phosphatase zu den durchgeführten Experimenten erschwert die Deutung der Ergebnisse. Diese scheinen jedoch darauf hinzudeuten, daß sich die Regulierung der Lipasenund Glucose-6-Phosphatase-Aktivität in der Niere von derjenigen der unspezifischen Phosphatase unterscheidet.
Schließlich scheint weder die Thiouracilbehandlung noch die Kastration die Aktivität der Adenosin-Triphosphatase und der Succino-Dehydrogenase zu beeinflussen.
