Dissecting aneurysm of cerebral arteries in congenital vascular deficiency

Summary

A spontaneously dissecting aneurysm of the right middle and anterior cerebral arteries is reported in a 23-year old woman. The angiographic and pathological findings are demonstrated and discussed. The postmortem examination showed a congenital weakness of vessel walls.
