Behavior of the mitochondria in relation to the division of the anuclear cytoplasmic bud in grasshopper spermatocytes

Zusammenfassung

Es werden 3 Fälle abweichender Reifeteilungen der 1. Spermatocyten von Podisma sapporense nach Lebendbeobachtung beschrieben, bei denen es nach einer unbekannten Störung zu einer Restitutionskernbildung am Ende der Anaphase I kam und trotzdem eine kernlose Plasmaknospe abgeschnürt wurde. Da bei der Restitutionskernbildung die Spindel wohl sicher rückgebildet wurde, kann die Knospe außer den Mitochondrien keine weiteren Zellbestandteile erhalten haben. Trotzdem teilte sie sich synchron mit der kernhaltigen (diploiden) Zelle, wobei es auch in ihr zur Bildung eines gestreckten Mitochondrienbündels kam, durch dessen Mitte die Teilungsfurche einschnitt. Es wird die Ansicht vertreten, daß das Mitochondrienbündel (nicht die Spindel) auch in normalen Zellen durch seine Streckung die Durchschnürung des Plasmakörpers verursacht.
