Abstract
Chromosomes from myeloid mouse elements, pretreated with vinblastine sulphate and prepared 30–60 h after the beginning of the treatment, show after Giemsa staining, a number of unstained or weakly stained constrictions. The constancy and specificity of the various constrictions patterns make it possible to identify most of the pairs of the complement.
