Material characterization by holographic methods

Abstract

After an introduction to the theoretical fundamentals, different holographic techniques for material characterization are presented: Isotropic and anisotropic diffraction measurements, interferometric techniques, holographic microphotometry, isotropic and anisotropic holographic scattering and self-diffraction experiments, beam-coupling topography and neutron holography.
