Zusammenfassung
Die Verteilung einiger Dehydrogenasen und Diaphorasen im Meerschweinchengehirn wird vergleichend untersucht. Dabei finden sich drei verschiedene Verteilungsmuster. Es ähneln sich in ihrer Verteilung die untersuchten DPNabhängigen Enzyme und die DPN-Diaphorase. Die Succinodehydrogenase zeigt nur geringe Abweichungen von dem bei diesen gefundenen Verteilungsmuster. Zu dem zweiten Verteilungstyp gehören die Glucose-6-phosphat-Dehydrogenase und die TPN-Diaphorase, zum dritten die α-Glycerophosphat-Dehydrogenase. Es wird die für jede dieser Gruppen typische Verteilung beschrieben.
Vergleichsweise wurde die Intensität der Reaktion photometrisch in den wichtigsten Kerngebieten und Schichten bestimmt. Dabei ergab sich für die graue Substanz eine recht gute Übereinstimmung zwischen den mikrochemisch ermittelten Enzymaktivitäten und den Reaktionsintensitäten im enzymhistochemischen Versuch.
