Epileptic attacks in disorders of the cerebral circulation

Summary

In 57 of 277 patients (20.6%) with documented disorders of the cerebral circulation affecting the carotid and middle cerebral arteries and resulting in the corresponding neurological symptoms, epileptic attacks occurred, the attacks being early presenting symptoms in 49 cases.
