Summary
Two cases of isolated sacral myeloradiculitis are described with retention of urine, sensory disorders in sacral segments and pleocytosis in the CSF. The patients were treated with steroids and recovered after 30 days of treatment. The differential diagnosis and literature are reviewed.
Zusammenfassung
Es werden zwei Fälle von isolierter sakraler Myeloradiculitis beschrieben, die gekennzeichnet waren durch Harnretention, Sensibilitätsstörungen in den sakralen Segmenten und eine Pleozytose des Liquors. Die Patienten wurden mit Steroiden behandelt und heilten im Verlauf von 30 Tagen. Es wird die Differentialdiagnose besprochen und auf Literatur hingewiesen.
