Zusammenfassung
Es wird über eine Patientin berichtet, bei der sich nach Beendigung eines langjährigen Mißbrauches eines bromidhaltigen Schlafmittels eine schwere, primär cerebelläre Funktionsstörung entwickelte. Ferner zeigte sie eine ausgeprägte Visusstörung, die eine retinale Ursache vermuten ließ. Die Symptome waren nur teilweise reversibel.
