Vergleichende Analyse der Aminosäuren und Peptide in der Hämolymphe des Wildtyps und der Mutante „Letal-Translucida“ (Ltr) von Drosophila Melanogaster

Zusammenfassung

1. Die freien Aminosäuren und Peptide in der Larvenhämolymphe des Wildtyps und der Mutante „letal-translucida“ ltr von Drosophila melanogaster wurden qualitativ und quantitativ bestimmt und miteinander verglichen.

2. In der ltr-Hämolymphe sind Serin-Glycin, Lysin-Ornithin, Threonin und Glutamin angereichert, während die Konzentration von Prolin, Tyrosin, α-Alanin und der Peptide 1 und 2 herabgesetzt ist.

3. Bei der Mutante treten im Unterschied zum Wildtyp Ornithin und Cystin auf, während ein Peptid fehlt.

4. Verschiedene Ansätze zu einer Deutung der Wirkung des ltr-Gens werden diskutiert.
