Summary
In the cerebral cortex of newborn rats electron microscopically was established alkaline phosphatase in the basement membrane of blood capillaries, in vesicles into the pericytes, on the glia endfeet surface as well as in the nuclear membrane of the nerve and glial cells.
Zusammenfassung
Im Cortex cerebri neugeborener Ratten kann alkalische Phosphatase elektronenmikroskopisch in der Basalmembran der Blutgefäsbe, in Bläschen von Pericyten, in Gliafortsätzen sowie an der Kernmembran der Nerven- und Gliazellen nachgewiesen werden.
