The qualitative and quantitative in formations of free amino acids in tonsil tissues with the use of paperchromatography

Summary

Quantitative and qualitative informations of seven amino-acids namely lysin, asparagine acid, glutamic acid, alanine, phenylalanine, valine and leucine in tonsil tissues have been examined. The results of the quantitative examinations with wedge-shaped paperchromatography were dependent on the method, and they worked only in comparison with one another in individual clinical groups and also in comparison with six aged groups. The statistic analysis of these analyzed results was described in the text. No biochemical conclusion has bee reached yet.

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über den qualitativen und quantitativen Nachweis der sieben Aminosäuren Lysin, Asparaginsäure, Glutaminsäure, Alanin, Phenylalanin, Valin und Leucin im Tonsillengewebe berichtet. Die Ergebnisse der quantitativen Untersuchungen mit Hilfe der Keilstreifenchromatographie sind von der Methodik abhängig und dienten nur dem Vergleich einzelner (6) klinischer Gruppen untereinander und dem Vergleich von sechs Altersgruppen. Auf die statistische Auswertung der Analysenergebnisse wird im Text hingewiesen. biochemische Schlußfolgerungen werden nicht gezogen.
