Summary

A method using freeze-dried cryostat sections is described. The advantages are the rapidity of the procedure and the possibility to obtain relatively large specimens of good quality.

Es handelt sich um eine Methode unter Verwendung der Gefriertrocknung am Kryostatschnitt. Vorteilhaft ist die Schnelligkeit des Verfahrens und die Möglichkeit, qualitativ gute, relativ großflächige Präparate zu gewinnen.
