Summary
A description of the clinical history, histology, histochemistry and fine structure of a parotid carcinoma developing sebaceous cells is given. Sebaceous cell tumors represent a very rare morphological entity of exclusively epithelial salivary gland tumors.

Beschreibung der klinischen, lichtmikroskopischen, feinstrukturellen und histochemischen Befunde eines Parotiscarcinoms, das eine Differenzierung zu Talgzellen aufweist. Talgzelltumoren können als sehr seltene morphologische Sonderformen der rein epithelialen Speicheldrüsentumoren abgegrenzt werden.
