Summary
A detailed description of the cochlea micropreparation has been given. Modified methods especially for cats were described. Conclusion was reached on the estimation of the damaged Corti's organ by noise. Definite damage appeared in: 1. lose of hair cells; 2. broken nuclei; 3. shrinken and swollen certain nuclei; 4. Cytoplasmic changes in the first row of the outer hair cells and in the inner hair cells.
