Summary
The clinical and histological appearance of malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the maxilla and parotid gland are presented. Aggressive surgical management and close follow-up are mandatory. The histological diagnosis of these tumors may be difficult and both the natural history and response to various treatment modalities are unpredictable.
