Summary

The cohesive single-stranded termini of temperate Streptomyces phage R4 were found to be complementary 11 base single-stranded 3′-extended DNAs with the sequence: 5′-CGCCGTGTCTT-3′ 3′-GCGGCACAGAA-5′
