Summary
Chromosome studies of 30 patients with multiple sclerosis and 30 controls have been made. The results show that there is no significant increase in the frequency of structural aberrations in the multiple sclerosis patients. It is suggested that previously reported differences may have been due to technical factors, the nature of which is discussed.
