Summary
A new technique for hypospadias one-stage repair is described. The operation is based on a vertical flap with subcutaneous pedicle, from both dorsal and ventral preputial surfaces, used to reconstruct the new urethra. This technique is useful in distal as well as in proximal hypospadias; it gives good results with complete relief of the chordee and the newly formed meatus is placed on the apex of the glans.
