Summary
An anomaly of a C-group chromosome, probably No 9, has been found in two malformed brothers. The same anomaly has been stated in the karyotype of the mother and another brother, who had no malformations. The significance of this anomaly is discussed.

Une anomalie d'un chromosome du groupe C, probablement du No 9, a été retrouvée chez deux frères malformés. La même anomalie chromosomique a été constatée chez la mère et un frère des proposants, indemnes de toute malformation. La signification de cette anomalie est discutée.
