Summary
Karyotypes of 6 patients with chronic lymphatic leukaemia were examined (lymphocytes). Chromosomes of one patient showed abnormality in the form of a structural mosaicism concerning the E group. Karyotype analysis showed in 70 p.c. of metaphases an unusual chromosome in the E group, morphologically very similar to C group chromosomes.
