Summary

The 6-PGD-polymorphism has been investigated in a series of 220 families from Southwestern Germany comprising 546 children. The formal hypothesis “two autosomal loci 6-PGDA and 6-PGDB, two alleles 6-PGDB b and 6-PGDB b1 at the locus 6-PGDB” covers the results.
