Studies on the polymorphism of the soluble glutamic-pyruvic-transaminase in the population of Northern Bavaria (Germany)

Summary

Within a population sample of 2000 blood donors of Northern Bavaria the GPT polymorphism has been investigated. The calculated gene frequencies are: GPT1=0.5313, GPT2=0.4668, GPT3=0.0020.

An einer Bevölkerungsstichprobe von 2000 Blutspendern aus Nordbayern wurde der GPT-Polymorphismus untersucht. Die errechneten Genfrequenzen sind: GPT1=0,5313, GPT2=0,4668, GPT3=0,0020.
