Chromosome studies in a thymoma in vitro

Summary

Chromosome studies were made in a tissue culture of a thymoma. The stemline was pseudodiploid with hypodiploid sidelines. A great variation of the chromosome numbers in the E group (losses) and G froup (gains) was observed.
