Summary
The angiomatosis uteri shows a low scattering of nuclear DNA content; an euploid DNA stem line suggests a benign behavior in these tumors. This evidence is supported by clinical experiences. The endometrial stromal sarcoma and the angioblastic sarcoma are characterized by a high scattering of nuclear DNA content, an aneuploid DNA stemline and a substantial irregularity of the nuclear area. These differences, suggest the malignancy of stromal and angioblastic sarcoma.
Zusammenfassung
Euploide DNS-Stammlinie und nur geringe Streuung des DNS-Gehaltes der Zellkerne lassen ein gutartiges Verhalten der Angiomatose des Uterus annehmen, was auch in klinischen Erfahrungen eine weitgehende Bestätigung findet. Im Gegensatz hierzu sind das Stromasarkom des Endometriums und das angioblastische Sarkom durch starke Streuung des DNS-Gehaltes der Zellkerne, eine aneuploide DNS-Stammlinie und eine hochgradige Irregulari-tät der Kerngestalt gekennzeichnet. Diese quantitativ erfaßten Unterschiede sind Kennzeichen der Malignität des Stromasarkoms und des angioblastischen Sarkoms.
