Summary

In this study lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme 1 has been added to outgrowth cultures of 14 human tumors, these diagnosis of which has been verified by histological studies. The results demonstrate an inhibition of cell growth in those cultures prepared with LDH 1.

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde Lactatdehydrogenase Isoenzym 1 zu Überlebenskulturen von 14 menschlichen Tumoren gegeben, deren Diagnose histologisch verifiziert war. Eine deutliche Hemmung des Wachstums in den Kulturen maligner Zellen, die das Isoenzym erhalten hatten, wurde beobachtet.
