Summary
Ultrathin-layer focusing in 100μm polyacrylamide gels on silanized films for separation of isozymes of AK, AcP, Amy, and 6-PGD is described. The advantages of the method for problems in forensic medicine, blood transfusion, and human genetics are discussed.
