Summary
Macro- and microscopic changes in a spontaneous abortus at 7 weeks of menstrual age are described in which a karyotype 47,XY,B5+was found. There were hypoplasia of amniotic cavity, abnormal connection of amnion to the embryo body, disturbed topographic position of the embryo in the embryo membrane, lack of internal organ rudiments, hypoplasiy of the allantoid stalk and of chorion frondosum. Phenotypical disturbances in abortuses with trisomy B described in the literature were analyzed.
Zusammenfassung
Es werden makro- und mikroskopische Veränderungen bei einem spontanen Abortus (7 Wochen) beschrieben, bei dem ein Karyotyp 47,XY,B5+aufgefunden wird.
Beim Abortus werden Hypoplasie der Amnionhöhle, eine falsche Verbindung des Amnions mit dem Rumpf des Embryos, dessen gestörte topographische Lage in den Eihäuten, Fehlen von Anlagen der inneren Organe und Hypoplasie des Allantoidfüßchens und der Placenta festgestellt.
Es werden in der Literatur beschriebene phenotypische Störungen beim Abortus mit Trisomie B analysiert.
