Abstract

Descriptions are given of the tooth skeletons of three species of Diadematoida and of one species of Echinothuroida. The teeth of both superorders mentioned are grooved, but great differences exist in the microscopical structure of the tooth skeletons. Attention is called to the phylogenetic relationships of regular sea urchins.
