Summary

Genetic polymorphism of mannosephosphate isomerase has been demonstrated in Primates. Three variants of the enzyme were detected. The distribution of MPI phenotypes has been estimated.

Für die Mannosephosphat-Isomerase der Primaten konnte eine genetisch determinierte Variabilität (3 Enzymvarianten) nachgewiesen werden. Die Verteilung der Phänotypen wurde ermittelt.
