Summary
During the last decade of his life, Professor Tord Skoog tried to work out a satisfactory technique for constructing female genitalia in the male transsexual. By perusing the material he left of sketches, photos and defective notes and by analysing the operations in the 24 cases he treated, his technique is described according to the principles he at last followed.
