Zusammenfassung
Bei Weiterführung der in Wroclaw aufgenommenen komplexen Untersuchungen über die Pathogenese der Trichinellose wurde eine Serie histochemischer Versuche über die Darmphase der Invasion ausgeführt. Histochemische Methoden sind bisher mehrfach angewandt worden, aber nur zur Untersuchung der Muskelphase. 87 mit großen Dosen von T. spiralis infizierte Mäuse wurden in 3 Zeitintervallen nach Infektion getötet: 3–5 Tage, 7–9 Tage, 11–13 Tage. In jedem Zeitabschnitt sowie an jedem Tag wurden zumindestens 3 Tiere untersucht.
Die histochemischen Untersuchungen betrafen den Gehalt und die Verteilung von Mukopolysacchariden (ebenfalls von Glykogen), der Nukleinsäuren (RNS und DNS) und der Lipoide sowie die Aktivität solcher Enzyme wie alkalische und saure Phosphatase, Succinodehydrogenese, Zytochromoxydase und Gamma-Glutamyl-Transpeptidase. Die Resultate werden dargelegt und diskutiert.
