Neurofibroma of the leg presenting as chronic lymphedema

Summary

A case of long standing Elephantiasis neuromatosa simulating chronic lymphedema is presented. The look of the patient for cosmetic repair and the macroscopical appearance during the operation led to the right diagnosis.
