Zusammenfassung
Während des Abbaues von Äthanol wurde in der Leber von Ratten, denen N-(4-Methyl-benzosulfonyl)-N′-butyl-harnstoff [Rastinon (Hoechst), Artosin (C. F. Boehringer)] verabreicht worden war, ein Anstieg des DPN-H-Gehaltes bei gleichzeitigem Absinken des DPN+-Gehaltes beobachtet. Die Veränderungen sind signifikant gegenüber Kontrollen mit normalen Tieren sowie Tieren mit alleiniger Sulfonylharnstoff-oder Äthanolbehandlung. Eine Veränderung im ATP- und ADP-Gehalt der Leber wurde nicht beobachtet.
Disulfiram [Antabus (Tosse)], das ebenso wie Sulfonylharnstoff beim Menschen eine Äthanolunverträglichkeit hervorzurufen vermag, zeigt keinen Effekt auf den DPN+- und DPN-H-Gehalt der Rattenleber während des Abbaues von Äthanol.
Die nach Sulfonylharnstoff und Äthanol beobachtete Veränderung im DPN+- und DPN-H-Gehalt der Leber entspricht bereits früher beobachteten Änderungen im Pyruvat- und Lactatgehalt von Blut und Leber während des Abbaues von Äthanol unter dem Einfluß von Sulfonylharnstoff. Die Ursachen für das Auftreten der festgestellten Veränderungen werden erörtert.
