Studies on some helminth parasites of small mammals (carnivores and rodents)

Summary

Some helminth parasites had been found in stoats, weasels, badgers and foxes, which had been caught near Edinburgh and in coypu from South America. The author gives a description of Taenia tenuicollis, Uncinaria stenocephala, Skrjabingylus nasicola, Trichuris leporis, Capillaria mustelarum.

Zusammenfassung

In Hermelinen, Wieseln, Dachsen und Füchsen, die in der Umgebung von Edinburgh gefangen wurden, und in Nutria aus Südamerika fanden sich einige parasitische Würmer. Der Autor beschreibt Taenia tenuicollis, Uncinaria stenocephala, Skrjabingylus nasicola, Trichuris leporis, Capillaria mustelarum.
