Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, mit dem gleichzeitig die oxydierten und reduzierten Pyridinnucleotide quantitativ aus Organen extrahiert werden können. Die so gewonnenen Extrakte erlauben sowohl enzymatisch-optische, als auch spektrofluorometrische Analysen der einzelnen Pyridinnucleotide mit den bekannten Methoden.
Summary
A method has been described for simultaneous and quantitative extraction of the oxydized and reduzed pyridine nucleotides from various tissues. The pyridine nucleotides obtained by the extraction procedure can be measured seperately by use of the known enzymatic or spectro-fluorometric methods.
