Beziehung zwischen Chloropromazin und dem Fettgehalt des Blutserums

Zusammenfassung

Wir verfolgten die Einwirkung von Chloropromazin auf den Fettgehalt im Blutserum und auf die Resorption von Fetten bei Hunden.

Dabei haben wir festgestellt:

  1. 1.

    Chloropromazin selbst erhöht den Fettgehalt im Blutserum.

  2. 2.

    Das vor der Verabreichung von Fetten applizierte Chloropromazin verzögert bedeutend die Resorption der aufgenommenen Fette.
