Abstract
We present a case report of a 67-year-old woman with rate-dependent left bundle-branch block (LBBB). Although coronary angiography demonstrated no significant obstructive lesions, a reversible focal defect developed on 201Tl myocardial scintigraphy when LBBB was induced by right-atrial pacing.
