Die Beziehungen zwischen Schilddrüse und Muskelatrophie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Einfluß der Muskelatrophie auf die Schilddrüse untersucht. Die durch Entfernung des N. ischiadicus erzeugte Atrophie einer Extremität erzeugt deutliche Herabsetzung des Schilddrüsengewichtes. Funktionell bestehen keine Abweichungen zu den Kontrollen. Die gefundenen Veränderungen werden als kompensatorische, partielle Inaktivitätsatrophie der Schilddrüse gedeutet. Die Zusammenhänge werden besprochen.
