Über das Vorkommen von 5-Hydroxytryptamin (Enteramin oder Serotonin) im Gehirn von Säugetieren

Zusammenfassung

In Hirnextrakten konnte mit Hilfe isolierter Därme von Wirbeltieren sowie des isolierten Herzens von Helix pomatia Enteramin nachgewiesen werden. Substanz P ist am Helixherzen wirkungslos. An diesem Präparat wirkte Neo-Antergan nicht gegenüber Histamin und Dihydroergotamin nicht gegenüber Enteramin. Ebenso wie Adrenalin war auch Nor-Adrenalin am Schneckenherz unwirksam.
