Zusammenfassung

Die spezifische Elimination von infiziertem Polyphosphat durch das RES wird histochemisch bewiesen. Durch Färbung mit Toluidinblau lassen sich nur in den Zellen des RES, insbesondere in den Kupfferschen Sternzellen metachromatische rote Granula nachweisen. Die Polyphosphatclearance ist für das RES spezifisch.
