Über spasmolytische Wirkungen am Sphincter Oddi

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über pharmakologische Wirkungen am Sphincter Oddi berichtet. Untersucht wurden folgende Stoffgruppen: Parasympathicomimetica, Sympathicomimetica, Narcotica, Muskelrelaxantien, Spasmolytica bei intravenöser und zum Teil auch lokaler Applikationsart.

Die Besonderheiten der geprüften Pharmaka hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkungen auf den Schließmuskel, auf Blutdruck, Darm und Gallenblase werden besprochen. Es wird versucht, eine Analyse der möglichen Angriffspunkte vorzunehmen.

Aus den Ergebnissen der Untersuchungen werden Schlüsse für die physiologische und klinisch-therapeutische Bedeutung sowie die funktionelle Sonderstellung des Sphincter Oddi gezogen.
