Über die Steigerung der broncholytischen Wirkung des Adrenalins durch einige Aralkylamine

Zusammenfassung

Die broncholytische Wirkung von Adrenalin kann durch gleichzeitiges Verabreichen einiger Antihistaminkörper und Lokalanästhetica erheblich gesteigert werden. Unter den geprüften 14 Substanzen zeigten Pyribenzamin, Soventol, Allercur, Dabylen, Thephorin, Casantin, Procain und Oxyprocain diesen Effekt. Atosil, Megaphen, Procainamid, Oxyprocainamid und Pendiomid waren unwirksam.
