Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Es wurde die Wirkung von Aktedron, Coffein und Cardiazol auf die durch Luminal gehemmte oxydative Phosphorylierung der Gehirnzellen untersucht.

  2. 2.

    Keines der genannten Analeptica konnte die entkoppelnde Luminalwirkung in irgendwelcher Weise beeinflussen.

  3. 3.

    Unsere Versuchsergebnisse unterstützten nicht die Auffassung, daß im Wirkungsmechanismus des Luminals die Hemmung der oxydativen Phosphorylierung allein eine entscheidende Rolle spielt.
